Who You Are

You are an experienced Solutions Engineer, interested and skilled in both software development and sales. Your diverse range of software development experience consists of using a variety of technologies, including but not limited to: Web/Mobile Applications, Front/Back End + User Experience. Strong knowledge of Database structures, API integrations and more.

You are passionate about championing solution-based business development opportunities and truly enjoy the sales process, from creating new opportunities to closing highly technical and complex deals. Job requirements

As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with the Revenue and Delivery teams to produce technical, architectural, and engineering deliverables that lead to new opportunities and profitable sales. You will also support the growth of the business by providing technical sales support, including pre and post client interaction throughout the sales process.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Team throughout the entire sales process to understand customer requirements, provide support, develop strategies for key industry verticals, and manage sales forecasting reports
  • Identify business and resale opportunities by evaluating prospects and their position in the industry; researching and analyzing solutions
  • Cultivate healthy client relationships by resolving issues and providing support, information, guidance, and technical perspective; research and recommend new opportunities/solutions
  • Work with the Delivery Team to obtain partnership quotes for sales opportunities, generate and present proposals, ensure accuracy and timeliness of solution delivery to individual end users, and assist with coordination of end-user site visits
  • Document account activities, generate reports, and keep records of business transactions with customers and suppliers
  • Write technical documentation, client presentations, and contracts explaining products or services to clients and prospects
  • Discover professional service and technology improvements by researching current industry trends, market activities, latest service and product-line developments, competitors, and relevant information about legacy, existing, and emerging technologies
  • Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and represent the firm by attending educational workshops, industry forums, conferences, and related events, reviewing professional publications, nurturing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies,
  • Develop and implement product and application training programs for Revenue and Delivery teams



Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, Solution Architect, or Technical Account Management
  • History of successfully managing and prioritizing multiple projects and key accounts simultaneously
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Various online display, video, OTT, advertising, analytics, and other data companies
    • Cloud, SaaS, Professional Services as a Solution
    • Government, Financial, and Enterprise verticals
  • Effective solutions sales competencies, advanced solution selling abilities, excellent clients communications including proposal creation, delivery, and knowledge of RFP processes
  • Strong project and client management, verbal and written communication, presentation, and organizational skills
  • Communicate technological asset centric solutions and product knowledge to both technical and business users
  • A highly motivated team player that will thrive in our fluid, fast-paced, dynamic, scaling environment, operates with a sense of urgency, and values accountability
